  1. Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers<\/li>
  2. Planning and overseeing incoming and outgoing deliveries<\/li>
  3. Overseeing logistics, warehouse and transport services<\/li>
  4. Planning and analysing budgets and expenditures<\/li>
  5. Enforcing industry laws and regulations and company policies<\/li>
  6. Resolving complaints and issues regarding the supply chain<\/li>
  7. Maintaining customer service logs and safety records<\/li>
  8. Review and research client needs and develop the best method of approach to fulfill them<\/li>
  9. Oversee the entire process of a shipment, from acquisition to delivery<\/li>
  10. Correspond with clients, suppliers, warehouses, and transportation hubs to ensure efficiency<\/li>
  11. Find more efficient ways to move or store goods and personnel<\/li>
  12. Take inventory<\/li><\/ol>

    With the organization looking to acquire overseas contracts, the preference of the selected candidate would be for him\/her to have the ability of multiple languages, be fliexible in working hours, and should be willing to travel overseas in order to meet our overseas suppliers and customers.<\/p>

    Requirements:- Skills required for advertisement Minimum associate degree, preferably bachelor\u2019s degree, 1-3 years of management experience<\/p><\/div>\n

    1. processing orders.<\/li>
    2. operating mechanical and IT systems.<\/li>
    3. liaising with transport companies, suppliers and clients.<\/li>
    4. training, supervising and appraising staff.<\/li>
    5. maintaining statistical and financial records.<\/li>
    6. devising and monitoring rotas for staff.<\/li>
    7. ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.<\/li>
    8. managing budgets.<\/li>
    9. administering stock control.<\/li>
    10. keeping health and safety records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.<\/li>
    11. investigating accidents and troubleshooting problems.<\/li><\/ol>

      Qualifications: Experience of working in a warehouse is highly valued and\/or graduate degree<\/p><\/div>\n

      1. Are based local to our delivery depot\/office.<\/li>
      2. Have a minimum of 3 years experience in driving 7.5 tonnes lorries, and other vans.<\/li>
      3. Have clean licences.<\/li>
      4. Good references.<\/li>
      5. Responsible drivers.<\/li>
      6. Punctuality is essential<\/li>
      7. Should be flexible working day shifts or night shifts.<\/li>
      8. Holders of minimum 3 years full UK licence.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
